During onboarding, we walk you through configuring your disciplines and belt ladders, demonstrate how to import members and historical data, set up per-location branding, route Stripe sub-accounts, and run training with your team. You do the setup and load your data; we guide you through every step. Most academies are fully operational within 7–10 days of subscribing. You have direct Founder VIP Support access during onboarding and priority support thereafter.

Base price is $197 per location per month. At two or more locations, every location drops to $157.60 — that's the 20% volume discount applied automatically at checkout. A flat 0.5% on transactions processed through the platform — memberships, shop orders, tournament registrations, event tickets. It funds the per-location Stripe sub-account infrastructure, the payment recovery automation, and the reconciliation tooling. It's on top of Stripe's own processing fees, which you'd pay anywhere. We don't take a cut of your Stripe revenue beyond this fee.

Smoothcomp is purpose-built for tournament management, and it's good at it — but it's a separate product. Every athlete you register lives in their system, not yours. Our competitions module is built into the same platform that holds your members, ranks, and curriculum. Athlete results feed straight into the member record. Tournament history becomes part of the rank history. You also get bracket scoring from a tablet and a public scoreboard out of the box, with no per-event fee.

You'll bring your own data. Most academy platforms (FightKit, Champion HQ, Zen Planner, Mindbody) offer CSV export of members, plans, schedules, and payment histories — that export is yours to run. Once the data is exported, import is on your side too. The founder-led onboarding session guides you through platform setup, configuration and training — not data work. Your records stay in your control end-to-end.

Each of your locations can have its own custom domain (instead of locationname.getacadevo.com), its own logo, its own colour scheme, its own favicon. Members at that location see your brand, not ours. If you're a federation or a franchise, individual academies can present themselves as fully independent — even though they all run on the same back-end Acadevo brand instance you control.

You do, and you can export anytime. Members, schedules, payments, ranks, attendance, tournament results — all available as CSV. There's no paid export tier, no "premium data ownership" upsell, no retention call when you leave. Per-location databases are individually backupable and exportable. The schema is fully documented.
